While I don't need an upgrade, if I were to suddenly come into the posession of a new, top of the range motherboard, the only logical option would be to buy a new, top of the range CPU to match it.

Nay here. If someone wins it who has recently upgraded, surely it makes more sense for it to go for a reasonable price to someone who DOES require it? Maybe strongly encourage either that it is used directly or is sold on the MM here on the forums? Gives a bit more flexibility but keeps it within the forum community.

Is it against the rules to edit the egg image into your posts, wait for people to use you as an answer and then remove it after a few days? Because if not, it should be XD

Bah, 'reasonable price'. Can't see that happening. I agree it should stay within the community though either way.

These boards are going to be worth at least £150 when they come out I should think. To save that sort of money on my new build would be blinding. Think of all the possibilities for where I could re-invest that money I would otherwise spend anyway.
