Now maybe you could work on getting some dual channel ddr3 and an i5 750 on 'this week only' for me :D
 
Sometimes the path to hell is paved with good intentions. We, personally, I like to think, have a good relationship and I think you are doing a fabulous job both generally, and in these particular circumstances, but offering to swap a GD80 for a CD3 or an £85 board for a £96 less feature rich board (even with a discount) is dangerously close to switch selling, and I don't want to see you have to take time answering questions from a Stoke/Staffs TSO.

The customer has the freedom to do what they wish and I can say outright that we are not pushing these boards onto anyone.

Doing the alternatives to allow customers if they wish to get a P55 for as cheap as possible. If they choose not to take an alternative then it is entirely their own choice.

I do get exactly what you are saying but we have no intentions of pushing the alternatives onto anyone. Being very open with what is on offer to everyone for a reason. :)

I must have just missed out :(

Got the call and the option to change to the 65 so I did. Would have preferred the 80 but i doubt i'll notice the difference and it's still a cracking price.

Hey guys, my order still says "In our warehouse queue" in the website. I've realised I've made a little mess up and used an account with OCuk that links to an inactive email address so I can't check if I've got any emails.
Should I call up, or will I be getting my GD65 today? (ordered it at about 12pm yesterday) :)

Is this the case only for the GD80, or are the GD65 orders in the same boat?

When i ordered and after there was apparently stock, but it is still in the warehouse que.

I believe it was stated a few pages back that all GD65 orders would be fine...but PLEASE check, as I don't want to be responsible for spreading misinformation :)
