MSI to offer 55% launch-day discount on P55 motherboards

Now then, it's nearly time for my student loan and then i can order the ram and cpu, brilliant :)
 
Thats odd. My order was 875299 and is complete. Suggest webnote or quick call

Mine was over 100 ahead of that and is in the queue... but I'm sure they have a lot to get through and they can be despatching till this evening, so just sweat it out for a few hours before hitting the panic button lads.
 
they said i was not in fo the GD80 so resorted to the GD65 and i was in there!! completed ORDER WOOHOO

many thanks OCUK.. thought id never get it so went and got one on eb.y from someone who got theirs rom another distributor will you believe, now thats got to back on there!!

Lovin also got my i5-750 and trying to get the right cooler !!! freezer extreme or a mini ninja for my htpc not many reviews on there on th freezer extreme compared to mini ninja!!

I got this on a web note reply on Friday..

"it would seem that you're going to be recieving this package, it's just a question of when"

This is what I just got today....

"Thanks for the web note. Unfortunately we oversold on the promo motherboards and you will not be receiving one. Is there an alternative board you would like with a discount from us?"

10 days later. Lads, in the name of god what is going on in there?

I've had no other communication apart from an amendment which was actioned.

In view of the time I've been waiting, I want what I've paid for. I don't see any fair alternative :mad:

You have ordered windows 7 it is a pre order Item. The order will no ship until the Vista arrives unless you want to cover the additional costs.

This was not made clear!
And I noticed that shipping went UP when I added another item anyway!

I have paid £10.35 shipping, and was asked if I wanted it on the 11th or 12th of September, and now; 10 days later; you state that I won't get it until November. Now that really is taking things a bit far.

Edit: Until VISTA arrives? Gah! (typo I assume ;) )

what about email? what about the guy who told me I was getting one, or the girl who actually amended my order? Could they not have told me?

Don't you think it's just a little bit wrong of OCUK to let a £500 order just sit there for over a week if OCUK doesn't intend to honour it?

Anyways, are you saying that my order is definitely not going to happen? If you are then please make sure I get a full refund.

I've been offered a discount on an alternative motherboard, but if it's not of the same quality and price to that ordered, than it only amounts to a straight "bait and switch" tbh. I know that that isn't intended, but that's how it looks right now.

About 11ish this morning received my order despatched (GD80) email complete with DPD tracking.

Appreciate your offer to help (and Fatboy), thanks for that -I've posted as you suggested. I've only just read through this forty pager, my post was a bit snotty, so please feel free to send it on to someone you report to. I've asked for a full cancellation :( Can't deal with this tbh.
