I'm a bit older than the OPs Mum and I'd quite like one. It's a nice idea to have some favourite pics on show but all in the same frame.

got my mum a digital photo frame and a 16gb micro sd card, she had a 2gb in her phone and keeps filling it up and wants to take more photos and videos all the time of grandkids etc so got her a bigger one

also got her some books before she decided to go out and get a kindle lol

I'd still like a digital photo frame, a leather case for my HTC Desire mobile and last but not least, some proper, old fashioned light bulbs instead of the dingy energy saving bulbs I've been forced to buy.

What I'll get though is Christmas day with most of my family here, some at lunchtime and a houseful of them at teatime. I'll make do with no presents if I can achieve that. :-)

Nothing really stands out as something I'd want to get her.. this is proving difficult as they are all great gifts especially the ping pong balls but theres just not something I feel like she really wants this time round.

I think I'm stuck in "Find her a gadget" mode and there really isnt anything that is suitable for her that would have good frequent use.

She has a charm bracelet I bought her but I feel like its a bit of a cop out and again not something she wears all that often, probably the only other thing she collects is teddies.

We are getting her a canvas or two with photos of our son on, thought about the digital frame but I'm not sure. Would be cool if there was one we could update through their internet/wifi though to give her something different every now and then and see if she notices
