mumsnet....

Mumsnet is a joke, but sadly the sort of people who use Mumsnet are the most insufferable, stubborn, entitled morons in the universe, so they will never accept this. :p

I will use my imagination rather than open the link. That place is filled with nut jobs.

Also post above contains swearies

plenty of mums netters on here don't let the bravado fool you,

no doubt many of our members have posted and contribute regularly to AIBU

damn just got a warning for posting an image of my post from mumsnet with swearing in it, you couldn't make this stuff up lol.

my apologies to the mods,

As a general rule I actively avoid any forum where people refer to family members as DH, DD etc. Can those people not just die?

How many abbreviation to they use?!?

I find it difficult to understand what they're asking.

I read a few more posts hence the comment.

Cliques often like to use their own secret language to keep outsiders out.

It's a bit silly and a bit childish, but nothing unusual.

Just in case anyone mentions the use of abbreviations that's so common in computing, I suggest comparing the readibility of these two and bearing in mind that they're both abbreviations and that the unabbreviated description would be much longer because it would have to include the full details of the standard rather than just referring to it.
