Murder of 87 year old in the street

It’s been a while since I felt so sickened by something but this hit hard. An 87 year old man on his mobility scooter stabbed to death for no reason at all.

He seemed a lovely man as well. Played his accordion in the street, collected for charity and was a grandfather. Just horrifying!

killer has to be loopy, no sane person could do that out of sheer evilness.

Because they feel marginalised and turn to crime to fund themeselves?

Yes, a good reason to stab a defenceless 87 year old to death

Knife crime and muggings will probably go up sharply with the rising prices/energy prices and general cost of living.

If you can't afford to live, as in actually, by the definition, cannot afford to live, then people like this will resort to the alternatives.

Maybe, but I’m not having it that this guy robbed the old man just to pay his electric bill or buy some groceries, rhis was a robbery and murder borne out of pure criminality, plain and simple. A stain on society that needs to be scrubbed out.
