What R Kelly did was sick. What MJ did was sick. I still listen to all their music when I fancy listening to it and I don't think about what they have done. Their music has nothing to do with their actions.

His fall from grace has been longggggg time coming now..

A lot of people iirc from my school days were sexually active at the age of 13/14+. Even had girls drop out of school due to pregnancy. I believe there is a difference both are wrong just in varying degrees. 1 year old babies for instance should be insta jail for life and I can't believe he was protected for 5+ years by anyone. If that is true then they all should be prosecuted too. Why aren't protectors or incompetent officers ever prosecuted or reprimanded?
A lot of people are glossing over the fact he was sexually abused as a child and the environment he grew up in. I don't think prison but a mental care facility where counselling and such is offered would have been a better fit for his case. But his case got much worse with time because he was well protected due to money and fame. Also a lot of the women involved were over legal age too like I said not as simple a case as people may be led to believe. He was also a victim and a perpetrator.
The comments about Jackson are weird. Nothing was ever proven, beyond the fact that he was weird, and liked sleepovers with children.

Agreed. I've seen a few psychologists give opinions on him and the concensus was that he displayed no sexual predilection towards children but rather saw them as equals to himself. He tried to have the childhood he missed out on.

A grown man sleeping with young boys. That's not reliving your childhood no matter how you try and spin it.
Reliving your childhood is going to theme parks not building one and then inviting random kids to it to stay over at your home.
It's essentially like Jimmy saville building a children's hospital wing in his own home but he didn't need to do that they gave him the keys to an actual children's hospital.
He wasn't weird he was a paedophile. You only have to look at how messed up he became over time with his spending, multiple surgeries, changing his skin colour, having fake sham marriages to hide his guilt and there is no way he fathered any of those children either.
All of that adds up. He couldn't have sex with a grown woman and father kids himself? I wonder why?

You've clearly convinced yourself of his guilt, but not everyone agrees with the things you find to be completely obvious.
As has been said, he was weird. A genuinely tragic and one-of-a-kind individual. It would be very, very hard for most of us to comprehend his mindset.
But it was not proven that he ever abused children. And there are in fact reasons to settle out of court beyond him being a guilty. It's not so cut and dried.
