Dont really care about Android to be perfectly honest but the ones im looking forward to are the Blackberry devices, software and probably the playbook which should be released very shortly.

Hoping that RIM announce their new 2011 phones lineup....lots of rumours going round that the new batch of BB's will have 1.2ghz cpu's with more ram, better cameras ie hd recording etc etc....the one im really keeping an eye out for the the Dakota which is the new Bold touchscreen...will be the same size as the original 9000 Bold yayyyy...well fingers crossed it will be....think if thats announced at MWC then its definitely my next BB device...as much as i love my Torch, id get shot of it in a second if i could get my hands on the new Dakota.

SE is 6 months behind the hardware curve... Although the Xperia Neo could be the first (good) mid range Android phone that comes with a great camera.

surely these big companies know that real android fans and devs would love a pure android phone?

if one of them would just bring out a sweet speced handset running stock 2.3 im sure it would sell like a hotcake!

The Arc video is a joke! Would love to see some benchmark results with SE's UXP? My X10 on 2.2 is a breeze. When will SE learn!?

All those SE handsets are sluggish as hell, jesus.
They should take a page out of HTC's handbook .. you can customise a UI without it turning into sluggish crap.

The Galaxy S2 looks swish and smooth though.

I think it will be Atrix or S2 for me, all down to XDA popularity now :p

Qualcomm unveils next-gen Snapdragon family, including quad-core 2.5GHz CPU
By Ross Miller posted Feb 14th 2011 4:24AM
Not one to let the name Snapdragon down, Qualcomm's gone and announced a much faster generation of the processor family, with speeds up to 2.5GHz per core. The multi-core (one, two, and four) 28nm chipsets, codenamed Krait, will feature WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, and FM, support NFC and stereoscopic 3D video / photo (capture and playback), and also boast multi-mode LTE modem integration. Qualcomm claims a performance increase of 150 percent and a power consumption drop of 65 percent over current ARM-based CPU cores. Included is a new Adreno 320 GPU with support of up to four 3D cores. Samples for the dual-core MSM8960 will be avialable in second quarter this year, while single-core MSM8930 and quad-core APQ8063 (for "computing and entertainment devices" -- i.e. tablets) versions are coming early 2012. The power-crazed products housing these chipsets? You'll have to wait even longer to see those.

Summer 2012 at the earliest before we get some devices though.

Maybe it was worth a 24 month contract on the desire after all :p

Would be worthwhile if you could update the OP with links / and device names of the popular manufacturers.
