I had a set of ad08r fitted two weeks ago its been business as usual, even I'm a little enthusiastic and the rear end steps out its so progressive and controllable

I've got some good tyres on mine too, but I've no idea what to do when it steps out.
Get out somewhere Private & practise getting the back out & holding it as it's real controllable in a 5. Little bit of opposite lock & throttle control is all it takes & it's great fun, Once sorted you'll be a better driver as well.

Doing a drift golf day with these guys taught me, safe/controlled environment and they really push you to your limits

Fine actually - got 4 new Rainsport 3s on and it sticks to the road perfectly. I can drift it in first if I really want to but I have to really try!

That changes quite rapidly once they're below 3mm, by the time I replaced mine (2mm) a slightly damp or cold Road, needed very little throttle input at ~20mph on a roundabout in 2nd to get it to slide
I had loads of fun
Should be picking up a brand new 2.0l Sport-Nav, Jet Black with black leather and safety pack (includes blind spot monitoring etc) next week. Test drove several different cars, but it was the MX-5 that had me not wanting the test drive end.

I've now left the MX5 fold, got a Z4 instead.
Handling is nowhere near as good, but the power, ooooo yes!

Gotta say, never really liked the MX5 but the MK4 looks like a brilliant roadster for the money.
Confirmed pick up this Friday afternoon from my Basingstoke dealer. I'll let you know how it goes and try and get some pics sorted.
Funny thing I found out yesterday is that my insurance for this £24k brand new Mazda is less than my 9 year old £3k Ford. Its a crazy world.
