MX700 Mouse not charging - help

Well that's a start at least :). If the new power supply doesn't work I'm sure it'll be the full unit (Mouse & Charger) they'll replace.

When mine failed they replaced everything.

If they do that, will it be another MX700 or a current one? I like this mouse, and I don't really want a different one.
 
Difficult to say. They do keep stocks of old products to cover the warranty, but whether they have any left is anyone's guess. If they replace it it'll probably be with an MX1000 or G7, both of which are very similar in terms of the feel but are more precise - you won't be disappointed either way :).

They no longer make the MX 700 so it will be another one. Mine was replaced with the Cordless Click Optical Rechargeable mouse which was the closest one that met all the features of the MX 700.
 
Well, I got a new power cable through on Thursday and it still isn't working. I called Logitech back and they're sending out an MX1000, which I should have by Friday. I'll miss my MX700, but changing the batteries every day is annoying. Awesome customer services, the second call only took about a minute :).
