Very true, I used to work on my clean separately(although obviously not enough :p) though so it'll be nice to do them independently of each other.

Your maximum clean should be around 90% of your front squat, which should be around 90% of your back squat. ;)

Use that as a gauge for how good/bad your clean and front squat are. :D

In other words, if you can't clean enough to completely nail yourself with front squats, your technique isn't... optimal. :)

I doubt very much my technique is anywhere near optimal :o I did front squat the other day with 60kg just to get a feel for it need to work on my technique for holding the bar through.
