Yeah I have been on the forums 3 months and have a great idea who the clued up people are. The clowns become apparent rather quickly.

This is really odd, I've only ever been ignored by both NZXT and Corsair customer support whenever I've had issues. :/ Yet everyone praises them and seems to get great support.

Never had to deal with Corsair for an RMA Issue yet but i have with Logitech and despite people saying there excellent they refused to even acknowledge i own a pair of there speakers ( I aint sure why ) And 2 months later sent me a form asking how there customer service was. I hope if i deal with Corsair its a lot better

Hoping to get a H100 down from corsair in a week or so, Hopefully I wont have to deal with there customer service period!, Although there are a few out there who have problems with that particular cooler, Its really all pot luck isn't it? :p

Corsair service is nothing but brilliant. Problems with the same product over and over? Upgrade to a more expensive product. Saw countless forums of 1500's being RMAed and loads received 2000's!

EDIT: JESUS sorry for the thread revive, posted in wrong thread :S

I +1 this.

I asked for a new set of PWM fans for my H100i to replace the 3pin ones, low and behold they arrived the other day.

The 600T really put me off Corsair, so did the H100.

The build quality on the H100 was absolutely horrendous.

The 600T always seems to have gaps between the panels that seem to big and ruin the look.

I've never once had an issue with their customer support though and they even sent me a brand new 600T because of the panel issue. (Didn't fix it but meh)

Reminds me I have 16GB of RAM to send back to them.

My experience with corsair is shockingly bad! I have a K70 5 months old and had an earlier issue with it but found a work around online so onto the fault with the F7 malfunction.

I login to support, fine so far want to submit a ticket for RMA and time after time after time the drop down part number (clearly printed on the box next to the serial number etc) won't allow me to submit the ticket...."Invalid Part Number??" So I think ok I'll submit an email to support....nope no email support....ah live chat!....after waiting hours and hours for them to come online it fails....I know I'll try phone support!....NO europe or UK phone numbers!!!

Shocking Corsair not good enough!

In the end I thought I'll just go back to Overclockers support and in under 3mins of taking my call I have printed off the RMA label and am boxing it all up ready to go back via OC to corsair I don't even have to pay for my parcel costs as OC have pickup points across the UK, this IS what customer support should be Corsair!

I am writing to the UK trading standards and get corsair to shake up its appalling customer service package in the UK.

I'm going through Corsair RMA atm as well. My M90 goes through bouts of constantly cutting out, then it can be fine for a few days then it starts cutting out again. I even recorded it and provided it as evidence for my RMA. But what worries me is when Corsair get the mouse and try it out it won't produce the problem.

Corsair has always been good for support. The front of my 650d started to fade look bad so i emailed them asking how much the shipping would be to the uk. They asked for my address and sent one to me for free

My Corsair Air 540 hdd brackets broke during transit. They send me 3 new brackets and a thinner ssd mount than the one that comes with the case.
Excellent support.

My Corsair 2.1 speakers died due to factory default, they had stopped manufacturing my Corsair SP2200 2.1 (payed £50) so they replaced them with the Corsair SP2500 2.1 (Free, worth at the time £250)
Been sold on Corsair ever since.
Happy chappy :)

Seems like a lottery though, I have a faulty corsair h100 overclockers wont deal with it, but it's within the 1year refurbished warranty as stated by corsair!!

Taken 4 messages over 4 days via support ticket!!!! NO ANSWER!!!!

Going to cost £15 - £20 return post! Not sure if I wana buy corsair products again!

I recently had a faulty wired 1500 headset from corsair that stopped working i setup the rma fine but seen i had to send it to the Netherlands which to be honest with packaging i was just considering cutting my loses.
I contacted the corsair rep right here on these forums he sorted out free return shipping for which was great.
Sent it away and around a week later a nice shiny new wireless 2000 headset turned up which was nice a free upgrade so in all corsair are a company i would use again and the rep from this forums is a very helpful and nice guy.
