ordered 2 dominator en nickel plexi cooling blocks straight from ek and some blue leds only to come home today to a slip in my postbox saying parcel left in the blue bin
both my blue bins were emptied this morning and he left the slip yesterday
GUTTED isnt the word

delivered by royal mail so will phone them tomorrow and see what they say...
very tempted to order some replacements but need to hold of till i speak to RM and i still have a very small bit of hope they may turn up....
drove 20 miles out of my way aswell to get my tools from a job so i could fit these tonight and fell out with my misses and her mother when she told me the bin had been emptied....had a crap day and this is just the icing on the cake :(

Surely they will have to give you compo for that.
Royal mail were paid to DELIVER the parcel not leave it in a bin

You should be contacting the suppliers not the royal mail, until it has been delivered to you it is their problem.

is it to early to contact ek about this? with the 2 nickel plexi blocks and 4 blue leds i bought its about £100 worth with the postage, i was so looking forward to getting these and finishing my pc 100% once and for all (well at least for the next wee while).
whats the best option for me here?
1. email ek and let them sort it
2. call royal mail and put a claim in
3. get new blocks while its being sorted as ek are showing limited stock on NP blocks
4. cry

this is the proper order.

sorry to hear about that mate must be a proper sickener. make sure you raise merry hell with royal mail!

Ouch, hope all works out mate. So ridiculous that they would even put something in the bin anyway. How stupid is that? That's like when they left a package underneath my parents car wheels once. What would have happened if they didn't see the note, got in the car and ran the package over!?

annoying thing is they could have left it with my neighbour who was in..
have sent ek a message so we shall see how they deal with this...

i woukd contact supplier and also RM to get the procedure started with them both if the supplier tells you you have to contact them the you half way there and in the meen time i would cry like a little baby wait in for the post man to turn up and puch the t*** in the face for what he has done

You have no contract with the royal mail to even think about putting a claim in over, contact the supplier. If the supplier tells you to contact RM you can tell them to do one, it is their contract with RM, not yours.
