My first 13 year old SSD from back in 2010

Just shows you not to jump in first as you become the early adopter costing you a lot more for products.
I disagree, as it was night-and-day difference for general usability. Before every game required 9000 petabytes of space you could still fit a few games on them too.
I jumped on an OCZ Vertex 2 deal, I think for a 50gb drive... :| Windows install and the page file wouldn't fit on this these days. :D At the time though, it was one of the most impressive jumps to performance I'd ever seen.

I always try to have the main windows drive as the smaller drive as i find it far more easy to backup & Format for a fresh windows install
Good point, although its not often that I need to backup or do a fresh windows install. I'm still running my first Windows 11 install from 2 years ago. I've got a fast internet connection too 500Mbps so downloading games doesn't take that long.

Here is my collection of unused drives...

A Crucial RealSSD C300 64GB 2.5
A Western Digital 1.0TB WD10EARS

About a week ago I was wondering why my 500GB windows drive only had about 10gb free space left.
So I started searching for what was taking the space up and found my MS fight sim 2020 game folder has increased to 284GB :(
