I have an ultra d and was following that post..

I'm at the point where I have my ram on a devider and i'm trying to find my max cpu speed.

I did a superpi 32mb and that went well.

I ran sp2004 for 3hrs40 minutes and that didnt have any problems.

So at the moment i'm happy with my 300mhz overclock.

What I want to know is whats wrong with dividers?

Is my pc acutally any faster with 300mhz overclock and my 100mhz(1/02) devider?

specs
DFI Lanpart UT NF4 Ultra-D 23/6/2005 bios
Athlon64 3200+ Winchester
2x512 Geil Vaule PC3200
250GB Seagate Baracuda SataII
Enermax 485w Noisetaker

Good work mate ;)

Now see if you can get a bit more

Try FSB @ 250
Multi x 10
HTT x4
Ram on 166 divider
Cpu volts @ 1.5v,may have to fiddle a bit to get the right vcore though, may need less or more

On a divider yes. The ram runs slower than the cpu, which doesn't actually affect performance much at all :)

How much can these winnies take?

Depends on your cooling mate ;) What kind of temps are you getting at the moment ?

I personally would'nt be using any more than 1.55v under decent air though
