If you land up working for a disorganised bunch of plonkers, do not stay for any amount of money. Their bad habits will only rub off on you.

Advice I will offer though is that you do not stay in any job too long, especially if the work is repetitive.

Find a company that deals in lots of small projects, that way you're doing something different every 6-18mths.

Keep learning, thats my biggest tip. Since leaving uni (5 years ago) I've done my CCNA, MCSA and I'm working towards my MCSE. The minute you become content and stop learning is the moment that things become boring... and I'm afraid that will be the same with any career.
