not even any traffic to worry about really. If your examiner tries and sparks up a conversation with you, go with it as it helps you relax. I ended up talking about cameras with him, a topic which im well versed on, and it relaxed me a lot :cool:

Same with me except it was RC Planes. Even asking me which one to buy and where.

Good luck mate, Just relax and think about everything you are doing.

On the topic of having a conversation with the examiner I did that although my examiner just talked about how much he hated his job lol.

God that was almost two years ago now.

All the best everybody, my only advice would be don't think of it as a test. Obviously you have to do things properly but if you just think of it as though you are going for a drive you should relax a bit more.

haha, must be a set thing they do, mine was asking me what software to use for post processing, and where to get it from

even wrote the name of it down on the top of my test sheet

wooooooooooooooooooooo passed,

only got 2 minors, 1 for gears and one for not looking in mirror at school crossing.

pretty pleased with what i did today!

god knows how many lessons haven't counted, must be around 30-40hours something round that, been having lessons since november

i got 6 minors, you got 2 and one of the girls at work got 3, i feel inadequate

wow, your full steam ahead! any previous experiences with cars?

me has had 6 lessons, got another 2 this week. Im going 2 a week, but really i would like to do more..

Don't worry dude, i got 12

He managed to tell me I was appauling (exactly the word he used) at using mirrors and that I'd passed in the same sentence. I console myself with the idea that apart from use of mirrors (which is now greatly improved), my driving was so good he couldn't fail me (even when I hit the curb when reversing round a corner and asked to do it again - and oh yeah when I stalled in the road because two blokes were trying to make me nervous on purpose)...

No previous car experience at all, but 18 months road experience, so all i am learning is how to control a car.
