Latest little update.

Ordered another SATA round cable to match the others and also a SSD caddy.

SSD fitted into the Coolermaster quick release tray.

All fitted.

Still to come, awaiting the immanent delivery from Holland of my windowed sidepanel.

Disable the onboard GPU, then re-run it, Windows only gives a max of that when there is less than 3.5GB, the onboard GPU will take 1GB of your 4GB.

It will then score 7.7ish, you can then re-enable the GPU and ignore the windows experience index for what it is, useless.

Then it should disable the onboard GPU (if it has onboard?) and you should be scoring 7+

My AMD system used a 790GX chipset and that got 7.5 from stock speed 4GB RAM.

Check the speed of the ram, can you download CPU-Z and get some screen shots up of the memory tab etc.

Yep, 669.7*2 = 1339.4MHZ, so thats ok, timings are ok, 4GB of RAM is recognized and the RAM is in dual channel.

How about a screen shot of the CPU section? under load if cool n quiet is enabled?

You tried reducing the FSB back and pushing the multplier back up?

Try getting it back closer to 100, thought the whole point of the unlocked multiplier was to increase it from 33X

Then alter the FSB : DRAM ratio to suit.

Out of the box the 965be CPU is 100X33= 3300mhz.
