70-290 is a very logical next step and is a lot harder than 70-270. However it's the next lot that are the hardest. The DNS exam revision had me almost asleep. 1000 pages of DNS which was evil. Most of them from now on will have a massive cross over between DNS and AD which is great for once you've done one exam as there are some similar/same questions in there. Beware of the same questions as they may be written slightly different to catch you out.

Going to start revising next month for the MCSE 2003 to 2007 exams.

do 70-270 and 70-271 for MCDST, then head towards MCSA. 70-291 network inf will mess you up if you do it properly. thats the only one i was worried about, rest were pretty much same level as XP.

The MCDST is 70-271 and 70-272, not 70-270.
 
Passed it with 84% in just under an hour again :D

Pretty sure I will have to open a book for the next one though!!

I would do the 291 next as i said to you, It is a lot harder than the 290 but it does have some similarities (sp?)

well done man, im back to Uni next year and i'll get to do microsoft and cisco qualifications... im looking forward to it in a strange way, but i know when the reality of having to study again hits me, it will be a different story.
