My new build for over 10 years

Apologies for a late reply, I work 12 hour shifts for the NHS. I have 32 GB RAM, is it worth getting another 32 GB RAM?
Also the WiFi 7 aerial, can I buy another one?

Purely gaming, 32GB is fine.

heavily modding games, using lots of mods or video editing then 64GB.

It is not recommended, DDR5 systems don't really like running 4 sticks and some level of manual tweaking would be required since XMP/EXPO almost certainly will not work anymore. With 4x16GB your max speed will be capped and will likely be lower than the rated speed of your memory, but I can't say for sure what speed, since it depends on the board/CPU.

Probably, does the one you were supplied not work?

@ Tetras, how will I know it could cause instabilty with another 32 GB RAM? I have a Asrock taichi lite 870e MB and Ryzen 7 9700X cpu. RAM is running currently at 6000 Mhz
CP2K16G60C36U5B Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36, AMD EXPO, DDR5 32GB RAM

For 4 single rank (16GB/24GB each) or dual rank (32/48GB each) sticks AMD rate the CPU's memory controller to just 3600 MT/s.

So, the simple answer is: you don't know until you try it.

If you can achieve better than 3600, AMD's answer would be "lucky you".

With 4x dual rank sticks (max 128GB or 192GB), they seem to achieve somewhere around 5200 on average, possibly lower if your particular CPU's memory controller or motherboard aren't great.

With 4x single rank sticks (max 64GB or 96GB), I'm not sure, you might get lucky and achieve near 6000, or you might not. It is very likely XMP/EXPO will not work and manual tuning will be required.

The general advice on DDR5 is that if you need more memory just sell the existing sticks and buy a higher capacity kit.

I am sorry for asking so many questions, since it has been many years since I built a computer and this would be my first AMD CPU build.
I love these kind of posts especially from members who haven't upgraded their PC in a long time such as yourself. Because 10 or so years have elapsed since your last build/upgrade any of the modern offerings in the past 2-3 years is going to seem such a large leap. I think you will be pleasantly surprised and well happy which ever route you go.
