my new case

Insides look ok. I would dremel out the fan guards for increased airflow and reduced noise. Won't take that long to go around the metal edges and cut it away.

I had one of those for a long time, not a bad case overall, a little flashy for my likes now, but I wasn't overly impressed with the airflow in it, let me know how yours handles :)

Why a full tower? Your current one looks like a midi, midi is the new full tower imo! Especially E-ATX ones!

well when you look at the size of the 8800gts and so on i think midi towers will start to over heat unless you are useing water cooling but as i have said im new to this so i could be rong prob am :D

Full tower? They're massive!

I think you want a standard midi case. If you really are serious about getting a new case then go straight for a Lian Li PC+. Looks amazing, has brilliant build quality, and can cool any rig perfectly. It can also be made silent very easily, and is very cheap.

I dont think thats the case - excuse the pun. Aslong as the midi tower has good airflow there shouldn't be any build up of heat. Most midi's have 1 120mm intake and 1 120mm exaust, however PSU's nowadays have a 120mm so thats your second exaust - a second intake would be better (I bought a scythe kama-bay as an extra intake for my akasa mirage).

ok then as im new to this pc building what would you all recomend i want a fall tower not a midi no more than £65

Dont tell me your going to buy a new case just because people on here have said it looks poo?

Save your money and stick with the case you have atm (even if it is cack :p )

I have an antec 900 and it fits an 8800gts perfectly fine.

HOWEVER after having this case a while I have realised a few things:

1. IMO It looks pretty good
2. but it's quite noisy
3. and also sucks up unimaginable amounts of dust and needs wiping down all the time
4. you can make little hovercrafts using the big fan on top :D

hence why I'm also paying attention to what people in this thread say.

in conclusion: don't go for an antec 900 unless you're willing to put up with the dust and the noise.

How is the cooling in that case? Its not something I would pick but It doesn't look too bad, cases are down to personal preference. They are very much a personal thing.

Very clean, how is the build quality? I like the look of that. How much was it btw? Have you installed your stuff in there yet (temps etc).
