There is the Linux client that works with Linux kernels and most, if not all, BSD kernels. The problem is that the CPUs in this machine are not x86. The only PowerPC binaries available are for OS X. It might be interesting to try to hack the Darwin branch of the Mach kernel to work on it so that you could run the OS X client on it.
