Today, I've decided I want to lose some weight/tone up. I'm 16 years old, last year in high school, I'm 6ft 2 and just over 15Stone (I think). I use to be fat when I was younger, but I grown into my weight. (I'm diabetic, inject twice A day, hace consulted the doctor)
I've decided the following routine to stick to; everymorning, go for a 2mile jog; in school, I will have an apple at break, and then will have tuna on brown bread with a fruit salad, and a bottle of water. I'm stuck on what to have for tea, somthing healthy
and before I go bed, do sit ups. I don't want to do swimming, as I get embarresed, due to my weight. (I ain't proper overwight, its just lose weight, so I am paranoid). I will do the same everyday 
Any one got any tips/changes you would reccomend?
So the things I need help on;
Is my diet in the day good?
Should I do any different/more activites; situps?
If I am hungry, what should I nibble on?
Any idea when I would start to notice any change within body shape?
Would running and doing sit ups help lose my hips?
