My New Winter Project

Parallel has got to be better than series for cooling.

You want the water to be as hot as possible to maximise the difference between the water and the flow drop will mean that the water stays in the rad longer.

Series the water will be getting progressively cooler and flowing faster.

I thought Series is better when high restrictive blocks or rads are in the loop than Parallel?
Series increases the pressure while Parallel increases flow?

EDIT:
Sorry, I am talking about multiple pumps in a loop!

Series is considered worse, because not only are you losing the maximum deltaT, but the increased restriction cuts flow rates. Even just valving off my radiators was dropping the flow rate. Adding them in series would have reduced the flow even more.

The only downside to parallel is that the individual flow rates in each rad is less than in the common section, but rads are much less flow dependent compared to CPU blocks.

Add a proper pump and an extra one and run them in Series. Honestly though i'd of personyl tested it all open on a sheet of wood, easyer to show off and track whats going on and to do reporting on each section!
