My Official £50-£46,000 betting challenge

I'm going to join in on this I think, not that I know anything about football or odds lol.

I'll stick to the rules specified in the op, is betfair the one everyone is using?
 
I use betfair but loads of other bookes about - just have a look for some free money when joining etc!

I'm sticking to my regimented 1 bet a day. Do a "bit" of research and go from there. More football tonight so should find something.

1 goal or more in the Barca v Osasuna game - 1.02!!
Under 6.5 goals in Everton v Bolton game - 1.02 as well
 
I much prefer to bet in play around the 50/60min mark. In fact that's all I do. It's too much of a risk to hazard a guess beforehand, as the Wigan/Sunderland result showed yesterday.

Same ive only £30 but it seems pointless risking it all for 50p profit

You've got to imagine that the Barca one is as dead a cert as they come, but you never know. If I do a couple of inplay overs that come in early on the English games then I might lob my balance on the over 1.5 in the Barca game (providing they are putting out a decent side).

Just upped my total to £16.65 with a sneaky over 1.5 bet on a Greek game with the half time score 1-0. Within 2 mins of the restart it is 1-1 and money made.
 
Lost my entire stake on bad choices.

Bet on Spurs not to win
Bet on Sunderland not to win
Bet on Less than 4.5 goals in the Benfica game (they won 4-1)

I was stupid
 
I was at a staggering £12 earlier this evening but I've spread a bit out on United/Everton/Barca, Everton/Bolton under 4.5 and a sneaky 50p on United/Newcastle HT/FT at 46/1!

I like to live dangerously :cool:
 
Coming into my second evening tonight and am at £27. Started with £15.

If I manage to reach £50, I'll split it into two £25 bets :)
 
Off to a steady start, all on football matches with <10 mins remaining

Ive then not lost a bean and anything after that is good news.

I know the Spanish league is a bit mickey mouse outside Real Madrid/Barcelona, but even still. You're even getting 1.13 on less than 6 goals. 1.27 on less than 5. Will be worth keeping an eye on I think.
