My Raptor has died - a question

Mine is a wd1500adfd and was made in 22 dec 2005.

I bought it a while [2006] ago from oclockers - do I go back to them or do Ihave to go to WD?

Yes, you will need to run the WD Tools from their website, it gives you an error code i believe. When you contact them, you will need to tell tham that code. I have never done this however, but from what i have read on these here forums thats what you will need to do. WD is the ones you will need to contact.

Thanks for the help folks.

Used the WD creditcard option - they send you one, you return yours within 30days and they dont charge you.

New drive is fine - HOWEVER it is refurbished and not "new"
