My RTX3080 underperform?

So I decided to monitor performance while playing you that somehow my RTX 3080 is used 1% while playing this game on medium setting. Guy from movie play on max settings and have average 100 FPS. My CPU is on above 70%. Can someone what might be the reason?

turn game setting up not down. higher setting till take load off the CPU and put it on the GPU where it should be

1% of your rtx 3080 means the igpu is being used and not the 3080. go into bios and change your primary pcie gpu to your rtx 3080 then save settings and you should be done.

Do you have one of your cables to one of your monitors connected to the motherboard output, not the GPU?
