My son spotted this. (starwars related)

Is it sad that I already knew that it was in the film and where to look out for it before the movie was even released (and that wasn't by watching a pirated version either!!)

Its not part of the story.

An Easter Egg this is.

The SFX team put it in there just to goof. In Attack of the Clones there was 3 TIE Fighters chasing an X Wing. Again, an Easter Egg.

I still cant make it out, i know its there, i just cant see it.

My mate told me about it, but i could never spot i, until now of course. :)

Didn't the Falcon belong to someone else before Lando? I know Han won it off him, but i'm sure i read somewhere ages ago that Mace Windu is supposed to have owned it at one point.

At that time in the Star Wars Universe it would've been in the hands of an owner previous to Lando, don't know who though.

Your eyes decieve you. Mace Windu did not own it at one point. It used to be prototype for a government, built by Kaut Drive Yards and administered by Kaut of Kaut himself. It then got stolen, various modifactions then Han won it off Lando :)

The Force will be with you soon :)

at the end of the day if Lucas says it is, It is.

but just to include my own thoughts, if you play any of the Computer games in this case specifically Jedi Knight, and Knights of the old republic they both feature a ship called the Ebon hawk (another correlian freighter IIRC but much much older) and they are set 4000 years apart.

Starwars to a degree is as much about the technology as it is about the lightsabres and force powers, the ships have massive complex histories, the droids have their own personalities, and the characters themselves have their own history, personality and style.

I Personally believe it is most likely the Millenium Falcoln, in much the same way I am sure in TPM when they first do the scene in the senate building in the bottom right in one of the pods there are a group of ET style aliens ...

The Raven claw gets blown up in one of the games, and the replacement is the Hawk IIRC (the one where Jan gets killed?)

I'm pretty sure this is the case, but I've only played academy recently ...

I'll have a scout around
