My Ultima Envy V2

Just contact customer support.
I had the same issue, but thought it was just an isolated case, they shipped a DVD rewriter to me the same day.
It seems the ordering process is missing the DVD drve from the build sheet.

Yeah fair play to the guys though they've sent me one out to be with me before 12 tomorrow. Was your "System Information" showing the correct CPU cos mines showing an i5 4670k, but I'm not sure if any drivers have been installed cos I can't get online! I get "no network adaptor installed" so when I get home from work I'm gonna download the Gigabyte drivers on a USB stick and have a play!

Both in the BIOS and in the Widows System Information mine says Core i7 - 4770K.
There are two versions of the system - the Extreme Envy with the 4770K in the Obsidian 650D case, GTX780 and Z87-D3HP motherboard, and the Titan Envy with the 4670K in the Obsidian 350D case and Gigabyte Sniper motherboard, GTX770 + lots of other nice goodies, it depends which you ordered as to which processor you got.

I've ordered one of these last week, sent a ticket about the dvd drive and told it doesn't come with one, when i phoned up to verify on the call i was told it does come with one... guess i'll see when it arrives and i open it.

Iv'e had nothing but problems with with my Ultima Extreme Envy V2, had to RMA it back within 5days because the PSU was faulty then got it back and now the overclock is unstable with random BSOD happening in all sorts of games and been advised to change the OCUK profile to default in bios and now this machine is not even usable atm not a happy customer to say the least 14-37fps in Metro LL on normal settings :( /facepalm

To add the Alpenfohn K2 Mount Doom cpu cooler cant handle the overlclock on this machine my temps on all cores are hitting 100degrees when playing any game even in normal settings 1920x1080 res

Sounds like a bad batch of psus. I'm sure ocuk will sort your system out.
As for the temp issue, that does sound odd, especially at default settings.
Maybe the heatsink has gotten unseated?
How does it run when you got it back?

Any problems with your systems, let us know please in the Customer Service section so we can sort it out for you! :)

Had mine for two weeks now and I couldn't be happier with it. I did change the mobo and power supply which pushed me over budget but it is so fast booting up and The games run so smooth (Metro, Crysis etc) on ultra settings I am blown away by how fast the computer is.
I'm sorry to hear you had a few problems with your envy but I'm sure it's just a glitch that Overclockers will sort out for you.

No problems with mine, it has been working nicely, no crashes, no extreme CPU temperatures. The graphics card fan span up a few more times than usual in the really hot temperatures, but controlled it well and kept it below 80.

We had one at iSeries, running constantly, and never had problems, so if you do have a problem with your system. If a Envy or not, let us know and we are happily ready to help you get it up and running as soon as possible. :)
