He's still got plenty of good feedback so that's about 75/25 scam ?
@mrbell1984
I've responded to the buyer twice, no reply from him
eBay have said if its not sorted they may need to step in n 21/02
Theres no way for me to raise a case in eBay, I cant raise a case in paypal either.
Have to let the buyer do everything, it's stupid.
I've used the report buyer option but heard no reply from eBay

@koooowweeee whats next weeks lottery numbers? lol
Fought as long as I could;
eBay admitted their fault in allowing the return I have this in messages.
eBay also refunded the buyer in full before even confirming if I'd been sent back the item or a box of bricks.
eBay never gave me the option I was promised of allowing a partial refund due to the item being opened.
Due to the issues and complete lack of assistance from eBay ann card and bank details were removed, any/all personally identifiable information was stripped from the account.
I ensured that there were no active links to paypal in the account, made sure there were no links in the paypal account to eBay either.
Then contacted the eBay CEO Office, they flat out refused to deal with the complaint unless I corrected the information.
I've now been NARU'd and had an email from paypal asking for the £330 eBay have debited from the paypal account.
Had the acc for years not a single negative, the manager I escalated to the phone alluded to the buyer having other markers for this type of stuff on his account already.
Yet I'm the one out of pocket, eBay really is a ****show now unless yer a buyer and fancy taking the ****
