My wife has started doing cooking video's on youtube...

Not bad, as said sound needs improving drastically.

I would talk in grams and when you do the over lay, grams and cups.

Is his for fun or wanting to get reasonably large?
If it's reasonably large I would say you need an island kitchen so you can film her cooking, rather than just the worktop, and more explaining.
If small then it's fine, but I would have thought it would attract more casual viewers who are looking for a certain recipe, rather than subscribers.

Two more video's and we have achieved a better sound quality, still bit of a buzz but trying to get rid of it as well.

Scones - The easiest and cheapest way to make tasty scones! No egg, no butter, no milk, no cream... definitely not your traditional scone recipe. Amazingly the result is a delicious scone that's crunchy outside and soft inside. No mixer required. And easy clean up too.

Flapjacks / Granola Bars - This quirky recipe makes flapjacks or oaty granola bars (difference in baking time). They're sweet and buttery, the perfect tea time treat. I make them using an easy all-in-one-tray + no-washing-up method.

EDIT: I can never remember the bbcode to embed videos on here.

As somebody whose cooking prowess ends at beans on toast (or, so proud as I was last night to have boiled some pasta) these videos are really pretty interesting. I never thought I'd say 'I might give this a try tomorrow' but I just might. I know my partner would be impressed (oh, how little she expects from me!) but, well, we'll see... :) Please, do keep posting!!!

Her aim is to make things that are done in a way that is different, she is currently going through a phase of making recipe's with virtually no mess, minimizing steps to make them very simple and much quicker, no need for gadgets and that are as cheap as possible without losing tastyness. This makes them quirky :)

Thanks for your suggestion though, it is something she is planning to do as she has some quirky chinese fusion recipe's up her sleeves ;)

Topless baps. Cor.

Good videos though, almost bordering on doge with the titles appearing left right and centre :D

Vegan cakes that taste just as good as non vegan, I am a die hard meat eater and like my dairy too... I can't tell the difference.

'I call them cupcakes, but actually they're more like a cross between cupcake, muffin, & donut. Amazingly these soft, moist, springy goodies are egg-free and dairy-free! Another quirky thing is that the batter is made in a bag (or in one bowl), no mixer or even a whisk is required! The perfect recipe for a lazy baker...'
