196lbs pre poop this morning. Not weighed myself in ages. Still fasting until midday, black coffee and eating less. Also less alcohol being consumed!

Consistency is key, log your calories and weight yourself daily in the morning after having a wee (preferably with no clothes on, no pics please) as this will be the most consistent reading.

Losing 20lb is no mean feat so you should be very proud of what you’ve achieved. What’s your goal? Weight or otherwise?
