MyHermes/Hermes

A seller used them for a guitar I ordered.

Lost for 2 weeks and arrived re-packaged with parts missing.

Never again will I use or accept Hermes

He know's you're watching that's why :p

Budget courier moving stuff at close to the cost of what it actually costs to move stuff.

Not a lot left over for things like, service, giving a toss, employing people who can read and write etc.

hermes = self employed delivery drivers

It's not the drivers that are bad though. Our local herpes delivery driver is alright (and he has a couple of other delivery contracts too), but it's the massive delays & damage in getting the parcel to him that's the problem.

Very good courier in my experience, very keenly priced and reliable every time i have used them.

We've had a few parcels delivered by them and every time they've knocked on the door, opened it straight after and chucked it into the house. Not as bad as one person who had a missed delivery card when they were actually in and scrawled on the bottom was 'left under bucket next to car'.. amusing for us, annoying for him :p

Just a word of advice, NEVER use these lol, basically, I bought an item from eBay and the person i bought it from used MyHermes/Hermes to send it to me.

I was told it would come within the Tuesday the 18th and Friday the 21st, it came on Saturday the 16th at 7:45am,.

So courier service delivers early and you complain.

maybe not.

My mum is a regional manager for Hermes I believe, not sure she covers South Shields though (more Manchester way I believe!)

They have quite a good reputation from what I can gather, they used to be in-house couriers for Freemans/Grattan but went alone after their break down.

Utajoker, probably not the most customer focused/sensible comment to make :)
