Currently take whey shake in mornings and a hurricane shake post workout.
Not overly wanting to get massive or anything but like to maximise the effects I hopefully should get from hitting the gym 3-4 days a week.

I've been taking this religiously for years now. I've never recommended it to anyone though and I think this is the first time I've ever mentioned I take it to anyone. Mainly because the effects are difficult to explain and as it's not that cheap I could only ever see pople saying it doesn't do anything, etc. It's one of those supplements you need to discover yourself 
Told me g/f what it increases etc and shes now scared lol... I'll make an insomniac of her yet
