N73 users here...

I got one of these the other day as well. So far definitely impressed, been looking at gettin an SD card for it. I know it needs miniSD but on wikipedia it says the phone can only take 2Gb cards, is this accurate? I wanted a bigger one, 4 or I think someone has an 8Gb card now so was interested in that.

I'll have to go to O2 and investigate this more as I've hardly browsed as it doesn't take long to use 1mb.
EDIT: Cost effective: Charges are based on the amount of data you send and receive and not how long you are you are connected.

No, you get charged for everything. *ANY* data that is set to your phone first comes off your 1mb allowance, and then you will be charged. The 1mb is easily used just by checking your email and browsing one other site, so it doesn't get you far at all.

Anyone else have this odd issue after updating the firmware?
If I turn my phone off and then back on, it wants me to enter the time and date every single time

Does anyone know about the memory cards?
Another thing is mine seems to connect to the orange packet data thing a lot and I have to hold down the red button to cancel it. Seems to start on its own several times a day, I dont know if I'm payin for it or not.

Never had that problem when I turn my phone off/on.
And as far as I'm aware at the moment 4gb cards are not officially supported

I have been using my n73 for a month now and got to say it has to be the best handset i have ever owned , it manages to all that i want from a hand-held device with no hassle at all ! , no this i have to give a lot of credit to , i regular check my emails while i am on the move , i take loads of pictures of the my children whilst where out and about ( which to me is massive plus point , its great to see them grow aawwwww ha ah) , i like to browse the web and also visit this forum and post stuff on here which i am doing now
, i use the mp3 a lot with help of a 2 gig memory card which basically is the same as my ipod nano.
all in all very very good piece of equipment , well built has that nokia feel to it , easy menus , bright and cystal clear display.
got a black nokia oem housing coming for it as well , which the nokia service centre have told me that they will fit for £20 and it will not void my handset.
would reconnmend the handset to anyone with out a down side , got to say nokia also seems to have stepped up there support aswell , updated my handsets firmware the otherday with out any problems aswell ,
what i have installed on mine at the moment is !

3. window live messenger
4. opera mini
5. tom tom 6
6. auto lock
7. nokia podcaster
