Nandos

My tastebuds are getting used to the hotness of the X-Hot Peri Peri, I have to use a ridiculous amount for my mouth to be set alight.

I think I need to find a new hot sauce but I don't think Tesco do any hotter :D

the Encona hot sauce is pretty hot. I go through bottles of the stuff each week :p

I've only ever had it once and can't say I was too impressed (very dry), but that could've just been a bad menu choice on my part. Everyone I know raves about the place so it must be good!

That's what I thought, didn't seem all that great when I went, and was quite expensive for what we got, yet everyone raves on about how good it is. :/

Not a fan of the chicken or the spicey sauce they have if I am honest.

Just seems like an "up market" KFC, the only sad thing being that KFC pwnz Nandos.

It's alright. Been a 2/3 times...

As others have already stated, it's merely slightly upmarket fast food. Not a 'proper' restaurant in my book.

I don't think anyone has even said it's a proper restaurant.
I would place Nando's in the same category as places like Wagamama and Gourmet Burger Kitchen - great for a quick bite if you're out, but if I wanted to go out for a meal I certainly wouldn't be heading there for an evening.

It's great for me having on a mainly low carb diet. I like the fact that you can order just chicken. Yes i know in other restaurants you can ask for things to be left off, but you usually get charged the same amount anyway :(

Local Tesco had Extra Extra Hot Peri Peri today.

My brother once got food poisoning after a visit we made to Nandos. Been put off going since.
