Very good and tbh I enjoyed this more than the season with the Cali cartel. It has setup nicely for the next season. Quite a good few surprises which ties in to the main series.

Finished it last night, enjoyed it a lot.

I didn't know the story so Kiki being found dead was a bit of a surprise. I then realise, don't they say in S1 of Narcos that the cartels now know not to mess with DEA agents as that happened once and the USA sent everything at them in retaliation? I assume that was this Kiki incident? At the start of Narcos Mexico it explained how the DEA was the lowest of all the agencies and I didn't get it, it was because Mexico is before Narcos and at that point they weren't feared, or even supported I guess. I think that bit was explained in S01E01 of Narcos, I might have to find it to check what the narrator said exactly.

I loved this, much more than I expected without a characer as prominent as Escobar being massively involved.

There are some outstanding performances, in particular I thought from the actor that plays Rafa Quintero (Tenoch Huerta).

Teresa Ruiz's cleavage puts in a great performance too.

I have just finished season one of the original narcos again after watching Mexico. This has to be one of my favourite shows ever.

I really didn't expect much from this as the Pablo story line is what made the first two season, but this is some of the best tv I've watched all year!

After watching the first 2 seasons a couple of years ago and being pretty sad (

) that Pablo was gone, I just wasn't in the mood for season 3 till about a week ago. Just finished the last ep now.

Once again sooo makes me wish I was there working for the Cartel... they messed up so many times... made so many silly mistakes. And Jorge.. what a rat.. was really hoping he would get popped at some point!

Maria Salazar.. wow so hot.

Still pretty sad that the Cartel lost... don't know why but through S1-3 they were all just so likeable.. was rooting for them...

Love this show, in my all time top 3 now. Guess might as well watch Mexico at some point..
