Nas advice for firsttimer

Need some advice on a nas, looking really for a 2bay nas without drives, around the £150 mark and with torrent downloading support, gigabit lan obviously though id imagine its an 'as standard' thing these days, ability to stream media seamlessly. too.
I have in the past had an atom based system running stripped down version of 7, its was too large really and the psu on the casse could not handle the 24/7 load and popped.

just got a netgear ready nas from OC. Comes with 1TB drive, you can claim a second free from netgear. Does torrent and gagabit lan. Its tiny. Works perfectly.

i can also vouch for the readynas, bought mine from somewhere else about 8 month ago been running 24/7 and media server and torrent box. superbly simple to setup and had no problems so far.
