NAS + disks advice

Hey guys,

Looking for some advice and answers on purchasing a NAS and disks

I was looking for the following, and want to put it in RAID-1.

NAS: Synology DS215J
DISK1: 3 or 4TB Seagate NAS
DISK2: 3 or 4TB Seagate NAS

It's just for storing downloads, movies, series, personal documents, software installers.

1. Would that setup be good? If not what would you recommend?
2. Can I have it as a drive in my Windows Explorer? Is it just a share I can mount?

Thank you for the reply. Would you say for the use I'm intending it for a DS215J would be ok?

I'll change them to RED's
