Thats more like the british justice we all know and love he nearly killed a bloke ffs and why should any prisoner get a cell on his own with TV, DVD and stereo its a punishment not a flamin travelodge!!

Sadly in this day and age it's no longer a punishment, but rehabilitation.

Blame the powers above that let him out. He should be ordered to work with the Ambulance services for the the remaining months and see what its like to be on the recieving end - that should sort him out.
