Yeah, I have concerns about the performance. We'll have to see. Any idea if part of the problem is due to single threadedness or will it pwn all of my cores?
I could perhaps give that program a try using wine and some kind of window manager but I'd be loathe to play around too much on a dedi box that I rent in a datacentre :s

I have a gamingdeluxe server running, which is on a xeon etc, but struggles at late game
all our servers run on 3.9ghz turbo'd dell r210vii, you get full ftp access to your server + game panel access, full access to the commandline, and a user friendly webadmin front end to easily manage your servers by default

urg Gamingdeluxe.co.uk are **** one of the worst NS2 servers available, see the server complaint thread i made on the ns2 forums.
I'm a bit annoyed it won't let me change my push to talk button to Capslock in game don't like using Alt, I end up pressing windows button instead half the time
