In reality both probably massive overkill for your needs, however if you really want to spend that much I'd go with the first system as you really don't need the i7 with hyperthreading.
 
Second will do Crossfire easy. First one, you will need to swap the PSU. Secondly the second one has a Z68, wirth asking OcUK if it supports QuickSync and SRT, Then you can add a 20GB SSD later for HD caching. And what kind of crossfire is supported by the motherboard (x8x8 hopefully).

I quite like the second one, although a mix of both would be better, but that would involve self-build.
 
It's a rebranded PNY / Palit / Whatever.

The GTX 460 OC is good enough for your games, but will start struggling with more modern games (BFBC2, Crysis2, ...). Good enough for medium settings. i7 don't bring much to the table in terms of gaming, so a 2500K is better value in that respect. I would take a SSD + 2500K over a 2600K.
