Need A Fast USB 2.0 Memory Stick

I know that, technically, USB sticks don't fall under the hard drive name, but I didn't know where else to post this.

So yeah, I'm looking for a USB 2.0 8Gb+ flash drive with decent read and write times. I can't seem to find any up to date and useful reviews on the internet. Does anybody here own or know of something that fits my requirements?

I know that I'm not going to have any massive speeds on a USB stick, but I want it to be quick at what it does. I recently returned a SanDisk cruzer I bought because it took an age to transfer the files I needed for work.

I'll have a look at the Rally and XT, thanks guys.
