Been standing happily for a year or so now

Only issue I would say is it can wobble a fair bit if using say a steering wheel for driving games. Or thumping the desk out of anger at sucking at a game

They had some far better legs I wanted but seem to no longer be on sale

Something like this may be better as it would support things a touch better

Leather chair wise I would recommmend a certain highstreet PC retailer (mainly found in retail parks

) and the cahir they sell called 'toledo'

True but It looks kinda shoddy with the trestle. But it may be an option in the end.

So the table moves if you put force across the joints on the legs.

Just dont get a leather chair from Argos as they are utter rubbish. The modular desk it OK from Argos, a few people from here have one. You could even buy the modular desk plus a modular set of drawers and fix them both together.

I broke my old desk when I got angry

Yeah i spent £55 on a leather managers chair from there, a few months later the ass wore out...might be my bony ass but that was a waste of money...

So i blew £100 on a staples chair at least if my bony ass wares out the seat i can use the 1 yr warranty...ummmm comfy

How about the jerker desk from ikea 65 quid and plenty of workspace HERE The 2 drawer unit is an additional 25quid HERE

Bought one of the Morgan modular desks from argos a while back, want to get a side cabinet for it but I'm re-decorating or atleast finishing the decorating at the moment. Its a nice enough desk although I do have 1 complaint, it moves slightly from side to side so is'nt exactly the worlds strudiest desk. Its ok though and would be fine if you plan to add stuff which should help keep it from moving.

oh, the leather chair I have is from argos and it is rubbish.
