Right, me and my manager do little things to wind each other up everyday at work, for example, filling each others bags up with random crap from the warehouse (Sack barrow wheels, price tickets, hundreds of pens etc.).

He got me good today, he took the shredder and emptied it all into my car so it was all over the seats dashboard and so on, and i need to get him back, big time :)

Rules:
1. No phsyical harm or pain is allowed to be caused
2. no property is allowed to get damaged

Fire away, something that will really wind him up :)

Open his computer, put his mobile in it and then shut it again.
Could turn it off or just put it on scilent.

Or put a Shutdown.exe -r 30 shurtcut in his startup folder ;)

1 glue stick
1 news paper
1 his cars windscreen

Wont cause damage but will be a **** to get off :D

One of our teachers did it to another teacher once :D

This. I'm so going to be using this as my new practical joke!

Edit: OP, do what me and my friends did last night to another friend. We covered his car in 5kg of flour, looked like a heavy downpour of snow had hit!

Ehehehe ;)

I R Teh Win.

Remember to make it on your memory stick then put it into his startup, then make another shortcut with
Shutdown.exe -a (This aborts the shutdown)
To use when he gets sick and you need to abort the restart to delete the file.

Turn EVERYTHING in his office upside down*

*I did this and resulted in working a few days between xmas and new year :(

Take the battories out of everything in his possesion, and his car if possible.

'Steal' the radio from his car

Take out all the seats of his car if you have the time. Or just the drivers seat..

Oil on his door handels?

Smoke bomb under the bonnet so that when it gets hot it sets off and looks like his car has totally broken down, but hide it a bit.

For simple annoyance value it can work if you take a screenshot of his computer desktop and use that as the wallpaper then hide/remove the icons so that he can no longer click on them. It's obviously not a joke that'll last more than a few seconds but could be worth doing, maybe as part of another joke.

Hes assistant manager so doesnt have his own office, and the only office is owned by the top manager that wont be too happy ;)

I was thinking of shoe polish under his door handles, or shrink wrapping his entire car, would the shrink wrap damage it?

Shrink Wrapping is a good one, been done a few times at our work before.

If its still as cold as it is now, just pour water all over it so it freezes solid.

If he's anything like the managers I deal with, slowly and painfully burning him to death with a blowtorch and some pliers could be a right giggle :D

Buy a load of foil, cover EVERTHING in his office in foil, when I went down to swansea a while back we did it to one of the lads rooms while he has away, when I say everything I mean everything, we even unrolled the toilet paper and foiled it. Only cost us £10.
Or cling film his car. If you were to grate cheap stilton on the bits which get hot, it wouldn't technically be damage to his car.
