I need a temp graphics card, my 660 is rma with ocuk and could take 28 days,
I dont want to spend too much, so im lookibg around for a used on, I cant be without my pc for a month, ive asked on another site ( I can see any sales items on here) I have a choice of a few so far 480 for 55 6850 45 or a 460 for 40

I may find something else but I want a idea what you guys think would be the mest move

I was going to wait for the next line of cards but I need one now. Since mine has been rma and I can't be without a pc much longer.

I was thinking either get another 660 now and I can slip when my other one comes back.

Get a basic used one and wait for the next gen cards

Or upgrade to a better single card

Whats the diffraction in GTX760, 270X or 280 and how much would I get out by sli. I use to get told I will only get 20%
 
I don't have graphics card mine was sent for rma. I don't know how long it will take to get a replacement so I only have a few options.
 
I dont mind 2nd hand as long as i get the warranty,
what ive done for now is paid £35 and got a gtx 285 till i get my 660 back, in the mean time i can have a look at my options
 
what are the 270x 280x and 290 like compared to there nvidia alternatives ?
the reason I ask is ive been using nvidia since gtx 260 mostly due to the physx and performance.
 
I was thinking the next step up would be the 760 but Ill need to see what kind of prices I find and warranty ext, Ill also need to see what performance increase I would get compared to my 660
 
Yeah your right, normally I skip a range 260 > 460 > 660 >
I was hoping the 800 would be out this year like they normaly come out every year so it would have been 660 > 860

which manufacturers are there??
the 660 is a msi ive sent it back and ive had no issues so far.
