Need advice on loop

So I'm using hardline for the first time and wanted to ask what's the best way to run the loop



Currently I am thinking of taking it from the pump to the Gpu, Gpu to CPU, cpu to the top 280 rad, top rad to bottom rad then back to the pump from the top
I have a drain put in at the top of the pump should I move it to the bottom? Or leave it where it is, another question should I flip the top radiator around as currently the Sata cables make it a problem for the acrylic

Any help is appreciated
 
i think you should go to the first closest rad first . and have the drain at the lowest part of the loop , i.e at the out port on the lowest rad .
 
Ah ok, is the lowest point on the loop always the out port of the lowest radiator, currently there's a port lower then that on the pump, should I move the drain there?, and the closest radiator from the pump or Gpu?
 
I would defo have it on the out port on the bottom rad. but what ever is easiest for yourself . remember though if draining off the rad to have a T junction off the main loop .

Looking at it I think that is a good idea as where the drain is at the moment it's kind of dragging the res down to one side, thanks again for the help I'll post it once it's done for feedback
 
Hey, guys, instead of making a new thread I thought I'd just pop it here, I'm having quite a bit of trouble with the hard line tube that I bought fitting into the fitting, I bought https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-hd-tube-12-16mm-500mm-2-pcs-wc-503-ek.html and these as the fittings https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-hdc-fitting-16mm-g1-4-black-nickel-wc-631-ek.html

No matter what I try and do the tube just won't go into the fitting unless I use a lot of force to force it in, is that normal? Or is there anything I can do to make it fit easier
 
You have unscrewed the outer part of the fitting, placed that on the tube and then inserted the tube into the base section before screwing it down, right?
You didn't just try and force the tube into the fitting while it's all in one piece?

Sorry if that's a little obvious, but stranger things have happened.

Lol it's ok, yes I have unscrewed the top and then attempted to put the tube in, it sits easily on the top of the fitting but it's a real struggle to get it in past the inner o ring
 
Have chamfered the edges didn't wet the o ring just been going in dry �� I'll try and wet it lol

Edit wet the edges and no it just is easier to fir thanks again for the help lol simple oversight on my end
