need external harddrive, reccommendations?

Hi,


I'm about to leave somewhere for work, which means I'll have to use my laptop during the week. This is fine except I use a lot of database stuff (I'm a poker player), and don't currently have a portable harddrive to keep things up to date.

Can anyone recommend a good one? A specific reason I'm asking is that my laptop has an eSATA port as I noticed, does this mean I have the option of better drives?

personally i wouldnt bother with an esata drive,if you ever need to use it on a system that doesnt have an esata port what do you do ?
