After a lot of practice and right on the limit.

That's a blinding time, i am settled for where i am cant do it anymore cant go faster

I think the laptimes may depend on your PC a bit. I tried the game on my other computer, an athlon 64 and geforce 8600 gt and the same car with the same spec gets round the track way slower than my other pc with a core2duo and radeon 4850.

It seems like when you get a section where the FPS is quite low (corkscrew for example) the lap time continues counting at normal speed yet the game slows down dramaticially (slow but not particually jerky).

Anyone notice this?

Cheers Basically if you dont arrive at the last corner (the 90 left) at 1.13/1.14 and have some nitro left you might as well restart heheh .

I duno how some people mention 170 on the straight . Never seen more than 150 with nitrous . But the straight is the only place you need long gearing and it hits the limiter after the start finish straight so better to gear down for more acceration for the rest of the lap (although this does cause more sliding from the rear )

I dunno if i will bother trying to improve as took a lot of time to get there .

Right, I know I said I wouldn't try again but I did some more tweaking and this my best so far:

I was very close to beating this but I swear sometimes you lose it at the last corner! How long left til we have a new track and car cos I am getting bored of this one now. lol.

Will grab fraps and try make one .. but i suck at making vids and cant promise a 121 on vid .. but i often do 1.23 so that should be enough
