The highest ranking driver on the Leaderboard WITHOUT a nomination gets to choose the next Weekly Event Car/Track Combo. If for whatever reason the highest applicable driver cannot make a nomination in time, then the second highest ranking drivers' nomination will take effect & so on. I will add an extra field to show WHO picked the current weeks combo, so we can keep a record
